28th to 29th August 2020: Maritime Specialist Series: Handling Shipping & Admiralty Claims in Court and Arbitration

Robin Cheok and para-legals attended the two days course on Maritime Specialist Series: Handling Shipping & Admiralty Claims in Court and Arbitration. The first session is about analysis of shipping law in Malaysia including types of disputes, applying conflict of Law Principles, Shipping Documents & Significance and Admiralty Court & Ship Arrest. The second session was about understanding the various mechanisms & procedural application in shipping law. Both sessions were conducted by Philip Teoh from Azmi & Associates and Timothy Lim From David Allah Sagah & Tang as the moderator. It was useful to know who else we can call upon if in need of cross-border expertise or assistance.
