Pure Mediation – There was a case of 3 persons going into partnership to run a sideline business. After a few years they fell out. Robin is acquainted with all of them. They trusted Robin to be objective and he offered to mediate for them. They agreed. Commercial settlement was completed in one day using 4 of our law office’s conference rooms but preparation took days. The mediation was carried out in our CAS’s office.
